Jay is an 18-year-old entrepreneur, strategist, and content architect with a foundation in behavioral psychology, digital media, and real-world business. Before graduating high school, he earned his Associate of Science degree and was awarded a $50,000 merit scholarship. He didn’t earn it through traditional academics, but by studying behavioral psychology and using it to craft a winning application that stood out from thousands.
His obsession didn’t stop there. After mastering how people make decisions, Jay turned his focus to content. Studying what makes short-form videos go viral, how attention works, and how to reverse-engineer visibility online.
But Jay’s entrepreneurial story started even earlier. While still in high school, he launched and ran a profitable food truck, analyzing metrics daily to optimize sales and margins. He later built a pickleball gear brand, became a board member with the YMCA, and competed at the highest levels of DECA, sharpening his skills in marketing, pitching, and brand strategy. All of this happened before most people picked a college major.
In 2025, he founded HOOKED, a done-for-you short-form content agency that builds growth systems for business owners who want to scale their brand without wasting time or guessing what works.
